Annalise.ai Pricing and Cost for Hospital Radiology Departments

Annalise.ai publishes no price and no federal award names it. The 8 FDA records show which chest X-ray and head CT modules a quote can hold, and a checklist shows what to make the vendor itemize before you sign.

The short answer: Annalise.ai does not publish a price list, so Annalise.ai pricing has to come from a written quote. The public record gives you the structure instead of a number. The openFDA database lists 8 clearance records for the Annalise Enterprise line between February 2022 and April 2025, split evenly between chest X-ray triage and head CT triage. A USAspending.gov search on October 31, 2026 found no federal prime award to Annalise.ai, so there is no public contract to benchmark against. Ask for an itemized quote by module, modality, site and term.

Sources are the openFDA 510(k) database and USAspending.gov award searches (award types A to D, keyword and recipient name Annalise and Harrison.ai), both collected October 31, 2026. A zero result in a federal search does not prove that no agency buys the product through a reseller. Product capabilities are described as the vendor states them.

This guide is for radiology directors, imaging administrators and practice owners who have an Annalise.ai proposal on the desk or are deciding whether to ask for one. For the product comparison itself, see Annalise.ai alternatives. For how triage platforms are billed in general, see radiology AI platform pricing.

How much does Annalise.ai cost?

No source we could find publishes a real Annalise.ai price, and we will not invent one. Numbers that circulate online for AI chest X-ray software come from different vendors, different volumes and different contract shapes, so they do not transfer. What you can say with confidence is that the price is set by the modules selected, the modalities connected, the number of sites and the expected study volume, and that it is negotiated per customer.

Which Annalise.ai modules could be in your quote?

The openFDA database lists 8 records under the applicant names Annalise-Ai and Annalise-Ai Pty, Ltd. (the Pty Ltd marks it as an Australian company). Each is a separate FDA submission for a named module.

Eight records is not eight products. Several are repeat submissions for the same module and indication, and the table shows the exact names the FDA lists. The practical reading is two families: CXR for chest X-ray and CTB for non-contrast head CT. A department that only needs one modality should not accept a quote that prices both.

Is there a federal price to compare against?

No. Searches of USAspending.gov for Annalise and for Harrison.ai returned no award to the company, only unrelated individuals who share the first name. RapidAI is the opposite case, with 12 named VA awards you can use as a band. For Annalise.ai the only leverage you have is a competing written quote from another vendor.

What should an Annalise.ai quote itemize?

  • Modules. A line for each module, with the FDA record it relies on, so you can see what is core and what is optional.
  • Modalities. Chest X-ray and head CT priced separately, with the price of adding the second one later.
  • Volume. The study count the price assumes, what happens above it and whether unused volume carries over.
  • Footprint. The number of sites, scanners and PACS connections, and the cost of each added site.
  • Term and renewal. The length, the renewal uplift cap, the notice deadline and the termination rights.
  • Services. Integration work, training, support hours and who pays when your PACS or viewer changes.

The renewal line is where cost drifts, because licenses, add-on modules and support often renew on different dates. If you are lining up several vendor quotes side by side, a purchase order workflow that tracks each approved quote keeps the version you signed from being confused with the draft you negotiated.

Does Annalise.ai write the radiology report?

No. The cleared modules detect and prioritize suspected findings so the right study is read sooner. They do not draft the radiologist report. If report turnaround is the bottleneck, the problem is different and so is the budget line.

Where does a reading assistant fit in the budget?

Radiological.ai is a decision-support assistant that flags suspected findings, prioritizes the worklist, compares the prior and drafts the structured report into your template for the radiologist to review, edit and sign. It works alongside the PACS you already run and can sit next to a triage platform.

Practice includes X-ray and CT at $199 per reading radiologist per month billed annually, or $399 month to month. Budget it as a separate line from a triage product, because it removes reporting time rather than shortening the time to the right study. Reporting plans are on the Radiological.ai pricing page, and the sibling questions for two rivals are answered in Aidoc pricing and Viz.ai pricing.

What is the safest way to compare Annalise.ai against other vendors?

Ask every vendor the same six questions from the list above, in writing, for the same modalities and the same volume. Then compare the total at your current footprint and at the footprint you expect in three years. A cheaper first year with an uncapped renewal usually costs more than a higher flat price. Our radiology AI vendor evaluation questions cover the validation side of the same conversation, including what to test on your own studies before you commit.

Frequently asked questions

Does Annalise.ai publish its pricing?

No. Annalise.ai quotes per customer. The modules, modalities, sites, study volume and contract term drive the figure, and no federal award names the company, so there is no public benchmark.

How many FDA clearances does Annalise.ai have?

The openFDA 510(k) database lists 8 records for the Annalise Enterprise line as of October 31, 2026, from February 24, 2022 to April 23, 2025. Four are chest X-ray triage under QFM and four are head CT triage under QAS or QFM, so match each record to the module you buy.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Annalise.ai?

Other triage vendors publish no prices either, so the only reliable comparison is competing written quotes. If your bottleneck is reading and reporting, Radiological.ai covers X-ray and CT at $199 per reading radiologist per month billed annually.
