Radiological.ai

Features

AI radiology software built around your read

Radiological.ai is the single assistant across the whole read: it flags suspected findings for review, triages the worklist so urgent studies surface first, and drafts the structured report in your templates, on X-ray, CT and MRI. Here is everything it does, and where you stay in control.

See the features

Radiological.ai is a workflow and decision-support tool for qualified clinicians. It does not provide a diagnosis and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Final interpretation always rests with the responsible radiologist.

The features in action

Every capability on screen at once

An illustrative sample, not a real patient study and not a diagnosis. Run it and watch the worklist re-prioritize, a region of interest get flagged for review, and a structured report draft build line by line for the radiologist to sign.

Everything in the assistant

One tool that flags, prioritizes, drafts, and hands you the read

The assistant does the surfacing, the sorting and the drafting across X-ray, CT and MRI. The radiologist reviews, edits and signs every study.

Finding flags surfaced for review

A second set of eyes on every study. The assistant surfaces suspected findings as regions of interest with a reticle and a short note, flagged for your review. It highlights what may warrant a closer look. It does not diagnose or rule anything out.

Worklist triage and prioritization

Studies flagged as suspected-critical move toward the top of the worklist, so a suspected bleed or PE is not waiting behind routine follow-ups. Urgent reads surface first and fewer studies sit in the queue.

Structured report drafting

A structured report draft arrives pre-populated in your own templates, with Exam, Technique, Comparison, Findings and Impression. You start from an editable draft instead of a blank page, and edit anything before you sign.

Modality coverage

X-ray, CT and MRI in one assistant, across the study types a general or subspecialty list mixes through in a shift, so you are not switching tools by modality.

Audit trail and sign-off

Every draft is marked DRAFT until the responsible radiologist signs. Review, edits and sign-off are captured, so the record reflects who made the call and that the radiologist owns the interpretation.

Designed to fit your reading workflow

Built to sit alongside how you already read, your worklist, your templates, your dictation habits. We scope the fit with your group during onboarding, rather than forcing a new way of working.

Faster turnaround per shift

Pre-reads and drafts remove blank-page and measurement busywork, so your team reads more studies per shift and routine films clear quickly.

A calmer single pane

One assistant across the read instead of three point tools stitched together, so the flag, the priority and the draft live in one place for each study.

Built with practicing radiologists, your data your control

Designed peer-to-peer with radiologists, HIPAA-minded by design, with security review and a BAA discussion available for Enterprise. Your data, your control.

The signature capability

Flag the region, draft the report, you sign

The assistant surfaces a region of interest for review and pre-populates the structured report in your template, so you start from an editable draft. Nothing is final until the radiologist signs.

  • Suspected findings surfaced as regions of interest, flagged for your review
  • Urgent studies pushed up the worklist so they are read first
  • Structured draft pre-populated in your template, marked DRAFT
  • The radiologist reviews, edits and signs every study
