Enterprise plans, priced per radiologist
Radiology AI pricing, per radiologist
Every plan gives your team the full assistant: flag suspected findings, prioritize the worklist and draft the structured report, while the radiologist reviews and signs. You pay per reading radiologist, not per study. Prices in USD.
The short answer
Radiological.ai is priced per reading radiologist, not per study or per site. The Practice plan, for a single imaging center or small practice, is $399 per radiologist per month billed monthly, or $199 per radiologist per month billed annually ($2,388 once a year). The Group plan, for multi-site groups, adds MRI and custom templates and is $598 per radiologist per month billed monthly, or $299 per radiologist per month billed annually ($3,588 once a year). The Enterprise plan, for health systems and teleradiology networks, adds all modalities with custom protocols, dedicated clinical success and a security review with a BAA, and is $998 per radiologist per month billed monthly, or $499 per radiologist per month billed annually ($5,988 once a year). Yearly billing saves 50 percent on every plan. There is no free tier. Every plan includes flagging, worklist triage and structured report drafting, and the radiologist reviews and signs every study.

On every plan
Throughput, coverage and control come standard
No matter which tier your group picks, the assistant reads alongside your team to flag, prioritize and draft, and the responsible radiologist always reviews and signs.
Flag suspected findings
A second set of flags surfaces regions of interest on every study, for the radiologist to confirm, change or dismiss.
Worklist triage
Suspected-critical studies move to the top of the queue so urgent cases surface ahead of routine follow-ups.
Structured report drafting
Drafts arrive pre-populated in your template so the radiologist edits and signs instead of starting from a blank page.
Your data, your control
A HIPAA-minded approach to data handling and access on every plan, with custom controls as you scale up.
Radiological.ai is a workflow and decision-support tool for qualified clinicians. It does not provide a diagnosis and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Final interpretation always rests with the responsible radiologist.

Quick answers before you scope a plan
Comparing us against a PACS, a reporting platform or a per-module AI vendor? Those are priced in completely different units, and the quotes are not comparable as written. Our radiology software pricing guide breaks down the five pricing models and publishes real US federal contract award figures for PACS, PowerScribe and teleradiology, so you have a benchmark before the first call.
