Radiological.ai

What radiology groups ask first

AI radiology questions, answered

Is it making the diagnosis? Will it replace radiologists? What about accuracy, FDA status and your patient data? Here are straight answers for radiologists, group leads and imaging-center teams weighing the assistant. Decision support, not a diagnosis. You review and sign.

How the assistant works

No. Radiological.ai is decision support, not a diagnosis. It flags suspected findings, prioritizes the worklist and drafts the structured report to save you time, and you review, edit and sign every study. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, and final interpretation always rests with the responsible radiologist.
No. The assistant removes drudgery, the drafting, the measuring and the sorting of the queue, so you spend your time on judgment rather than busywork. It reads alongside you as a second set of flags, never instead of you. We wrote more about this in our piece on whether AI will replace radiologists. Read the post.
Treat every flag as a second set of eyes, not a verdict. The assistant surfaces regions and drafts language for you to confirm, change or dismiss, and the radiologist is always the decision-maker. We do not publish an accuracy percentage, by design, because the responsible radiologist reviews and signs every study regardless of what the assistant suggests.
X-ray, CT and MRI across common study types. Coverage is scoped per plan and confirmed with your group during onboarding so the assistant lines up with the studies you actually read.

Regulatory and data

Radiological.ai is a workflow and decision-support tool for qualified clinicians, and we do not make regulatory-status claims in our marketing. It helps you read faster by flagging, prioritizing and drafting, while the responsible radiologist reviews and signs every study.
Your data, your control. The assistant is built with a HIPAA-minded approach to data handling and access, and Enterprise plans include a security review and a BAA discussion scoped to your environment. You can read more on our privacy page. See our privacy page.
It is designed to fit your reading workflow and your report templates rather than force you onto ours. We scope this with your group during onboarding to map modalities, templates and how your team reads. We describe fit and approach honestly and do not claim connectors we have not built with you.

Plans and getting started
