Radiological.ai terms of service

The terms that govern your use of Radiological.ai, the AI radiology assistant that helps qualified radiologists flag, prioritize and draft as a decision-support tool. Last updated: June 2026.

Acceptance of these terms

By using radiological.ai or requesting access to Radiological.ai, you agree to these terms of service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The clinical deployment of Radiological.ai is also governed by the specific agreement and onboarding documentation established with each customer, which prevails over these website terms where they differ.

What Radiological.ai is, and is not

Radiological.ai is a workflow and decision-support tool for qualified clinicians. It helps radiologists work by flagging suspected findings for review, prioritizing the worklist so urgent studies surface first, and drafting structured reports that the radiologist edits and signs. It is designed to support and accelerate the reading workflow, not to replace clinical judgment.

Radiological.ai is not a medical device and is not a diagnostic tool. It does not provide a diagnosis, does not detect disease on its own, and does not confirm, rule out or clear any study. Every output is a draft and an aid for review. Final interpretation and the responsibility for it always rest with the responsible radiologist, who reviews and signs every report. We make no claim of regulatory clearance, approval or marking of any kind.

Clinical responsibility

You are responsible for the clinical use of the service and for ensuring that a qualified clinician reviews, edits and signs every report or finding before it is acted on. You agree to use Radiological.ai only as a decision-support aid within your own clinical governance, and not as a substitute for professional medical judgment. You must not rely on any output of the service as a diagnosis or as a sole basis for a clinical decision.

Acceptable use

Radiological.ai is intended for legitimate use by radiology groups, imaging and diagnostic centers, hospital radiology departments and teleradiology providers. You agree to use the service responsibly and to comply with all laws, professional standards, and the policies and codes of conduct that apply to you, including those governing patient privacy and the practice of radiology.

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Use any output as a diagnosis or as a substitute for review and sign-off by a qualified radiologist.
  • Submit data you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Send patient data or protected health information through this website, which is not built to receive it.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its limits.
  • Resell or redistribute the service except under a written agreement with us.

You are responsible for the data you submit and how you use the output.

Your content

As between you and us, you keep all rights to the data you submit and to the outputs you receive. You grant us only the limited permission needed to provide the service to you. As described in our privacy policy, this website does not collect or process patient data or protected health information. Any handling of clinical data within a production deployment is governed by your customer agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when you request access and keep any credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access has been used without your permission.

Plans, billing and refunds

Radiological.ai is offered on paid enterprise plans. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the term you choose, until cancelled in line with your agreement. Except where required by law or stated in your agreement, payments are non-refundable. The specific commercial terms for your organization are set out in your order or agreement with us, which controls where it differs from this section.

Service availability

We work to keep Radiological.ai available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access through this website. We may update, change or temporarily suspend features to maintain and improve the service. Service levels for a production deployment, where applicable, are set out in your agreement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms and your agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted. The names of other companies and products referenced on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service is error-free or that any output is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular clinical purpose. The service is a decision-support aid only, and you are responsible for the independent review and sign-off of every output by a qualified clinician.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiological.ai and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, unless your agreement provides otherwise.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time, subject to your agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to patients, other users or the platform.
