Radiological.ai privacy policy
How Radiological.ai, the AI radiology assistant that helps qualified radiologists flag, prioritize and draft, collects, uses and protects your information on this website. Last updated: June 2026.
The short version
This website is a marketing and access-request site. We do not process patient data or protected health information (PHI) through it. We collect only the contact details you choose to submit, such as your work email and optional organization and role, plus basic analytics and log data, so we can talk with you about access to Radiological.ai. We never sell your data.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what we collect when you visit radiological.ai, request access, or otherwise contact us about the AI radiology assistant that helps qualified radiologists flag suspected findings, prioritize the worklist and draft structured reports. It covers this website only. The handling of clinical data within any production deployment of Radiological.ai is governed separately by the agreement and onboarding documentation established with each customer.
No patient data or PHI on this website
We want to be explicit. This website does not collect, receive, store or process patient data, medical images, or protected health information. Please do not send PHI, patient identifiers, or clinical images to us through the contact form, by email, or by any other channel on this site. The interactive reading station shown on the site is an illustrative sample that runs entirely in your browser. It does not read a real study, nothing is uploaded, and no images leave your device.
Information we collect
- Information you submit. The email address you provide when you request access, and any optional details you choose to share, such as your name, organization, role (radiologist, group lead, imaging-center operations, teleradiology) or approximate monthly study volume. We use a short verification code to confirm your email.
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we keep your name, email and message so we can respond.
- Analytics data. Aggregate, non-clinical usage information about how the site is used, so we can understand which pages and channels are helpful and improve the experience.
- Technical and log data. Standard information such as IP address, browser type, and the page or campaign you arrived from, used for security, fraud prevention and understanding traffic sources.
How we use your information
- To contact you about access to Radiological.ai and to follow up on your request.
- To verify your email address and respond to your questions.
- To send you relevant product updates about Radiological.ai, where you have asked to hear from us.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To protect the site from abuse, fraud and security threats.
Our HIPAA-minded posture
Radiological.ai is built for a clinical setting, so privacy is a first-class concern from day one. We design with the principles of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in mind: minimize the data we collect, limit access to it, and keep clinical workflows separate from this public website. Because this site does not handle PHI, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is not required to use it. For Enterprise customers, a BAA and a security review are discussed and put in place as part of the onboarding process, before any clinical data is involved. We do not claim any certification or regulatory status we do not hold.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site, such as our email delivery and analytics providers, and only to the extent they need it to perform their function. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and our users.
Data retention
We keep the contact details you submit for as long as needed to talk with you about access and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and security obligations. You can ask us to delete the information you have submitted at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit and at rest, and we limit who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to collect as little of it as possible in the first place.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or delete the information you have submitted, and you can opt out of non-essential email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data. To exercise any of these, email us and we will help.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and site evolve. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
